William Kirkwood & Sons specialise in the supply of Siberian Larch. Larix Sibirica
rates as one of the most durable softwood species as it is rich in lignum and resin.
Siberian Larch cladding is an attractive and economical way to finish the exterior of both old and new buildings. It is growing in popularity as it has a clean and contemporary feel. It also provides a hardwearing protective layer against the elements and is an excellent insulator.
Also Siberian Larch is an environmentally friendly choice for cladding or decking as current stocks of Siberian Larch standing are estimated at over 30 billion m3.
We can offer a range of profiles from weatherboard, shiplap to TGV for cladding and standard profiles for Decking.

Our Siberian Larch is sourced from major sawmills in Siberia. The wood has a pale yellow-orange brown colour with a strong grain pattern. The trees are slow growing in an extreme climate which results in tight growth rings and a fine grain.
